About the Role

This is a key opportunity to leverage your experience in airport development and transportation engineering to drive business growth and success. The role requires a deep understanding of airport infrastructure, operations, and customer experience.


Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost and budget management for civil and structural projects, aligned with the design of large infrastructure projects, is essential.
  • Prior experience in transportation engineering, preferably with an Airport Operator or Urban Design background, is highly valued.
  • Greenfield and Brownfield project development experience in Airports is desirable but not mandatory.
  • The ability to think creatively and incorporate sustainability and technology advancements in modern aviation is highly valued.
  • Experience in handling stakeholders and their expectations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing passenger-centric, revenue-maximizing, operationally efficient, secure, and maintenance-friendly airport facilities is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the design of a Project with the Head of Design, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • To adapt to the company's growing airport business portfolio and its dynamics, implementing processes that align with Design organization's strategic objectives.
    • To establish process measurement systems that align with organizational goals.
    • To ensure all contractual compliance requirements and documents are included in each proposal.
