Role Overview

This Retail Business Leader position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, lead a team, and create an inspiring in-store experience for customers and staff. You will be accountable for managing all aspects of a retail site to maximise sales and profitability.

You'll be responsible for leading a talented team, ensuring extraordinary customer service, embedding operational and visual merchandise standards, and modelling a 'safety first' culture.

About The Job

This Store Operations Director role requires a high-energy individual with excellent leadership and management abilities. A proven track record in delivering outstanding results, combined with strong technical skills and Workday HCM experience, is highly regarded.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
