- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, knowledge management, research, and outcome and evidence-based program design combined with the ability to effectively manage financial resources.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing evidence-based programs within a large volunteer organisation.
- Knowledge of contemporary learning strategy, models, and frameworks; a demonstrated capacity to contribute subject matter expertise on a wide range of learning and development themes and issues.
- Demonstrated understanding of the complexities associated with the delivery of learning and development programs and projects to a large and diverse (employee and volunteer) geographically dispersed workforce.
- Extensive knowledge of diversity, and associated models of practice.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and deliver agreed outcomes.
