About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Robotics Engineer to join our team. As a robotics engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the entire customer journey, from pre-sales demonstrations and on-site deployments to proof of concepts and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and communicate the capabilities of robotic solutions to customers
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, assisting with solution development and product demonstrations
  • Create simulations and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical solutions
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site deployments and provide hands-on technical support
  • Provide timely and effective post-sales support and troubleshooting issues

You will also assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions using autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), integrate robotics hardware and software into client environments, and perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in Industrial automation, Mobile robotics, or related technical field
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Strong programming skills in languages like C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System)
