We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Retail And Shop Assistant. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in retail or customer service. As a Customer Service and Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and assisting with general store duties.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as sales, marketing and merchandising.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serving customers at the counter and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with general store duties such as receiving stock, rotating merchandise and maintaining store displays.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • An interest in fashion would be beneficial.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30 on weekdays and penalty rates on Saturdays. You must have your own transport and may be required to work at different sites on occasion.
