The Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients
  • Promote and grow our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to support customers in making informed choices
  • Achieve personal sales targets and collaborate with team members
  • Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping
About You
  • Previous retail experience and strong communication skills
  • An energetic approach and ability to multitask
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
