Every week is different as you step into leadership roles across multiple villages and communities in Sydney Metro and Regional areas, with the flexibility to travel interstate when required.

We create vibrant, connected communities where residents feel at home, and we need a leader who can make that happen across multiple locations.

You'll take on leadership roles and projects that drive innovation, enhance resident satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. You'll report to the Area Manager and work closely with the Operations Leadership Team, Village Managers, and support services.

About the Role
  • Lead people, operations, and customer experience in various village settings.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
  • Partner with Area Managers and the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.
  • Take on projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence working with processes and compliance.
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects.
