Trainer/Assessor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training and support to students in the HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions, fostering an inclusive environment for active student participation, critical thinking, and providing constructive feedback to support academic progression.

  • Key responsibilities include delivering effective teaching programs, coordinating simulations and placements, conducting regular supervision, and guiding students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical industry settings.
  • Implementing fair assessment strategies, monitoring and evaluating educational programs to enhance effectiveness, and providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring educators stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements include possessing relevant qualifications and certifications, such as Cert III or Cert IV in Pathology Collection, and experience in Training and Assessment. Evidence of recent VET and industry professional development activities is highly desirable.
