Lead the Way in Early Learning

   As an influential and passionate Educational Leader, you will inspire and motivate a team of educators to deliver high-quality care for all children within the service. You will have a clear understanding of Storypark documentation and work collaboratively to embed best practices across the service.

  • Develop and lead a team of educators to achieve excellence in childcare education
  • Ensure high-quality practices across the service through collaboration with colleagues
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with children and families

   In this key role, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care for all children. You will also ensure the inclusion and support of all children's learning abilities and assist in ensuring high-quality practices and procedures are met according to the NQS.

   The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care for young children.
