About the Role

The Assistant Retail Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of a big box retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service.

A typical day includes:

  • Providing leadership and supervision to a team
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and increase sales and profits
  • Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service
  • Welcoming and training new team members
About You

To be successful, you will have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for full time hours on a rotating roster
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Impact driven – wanting to make an impact on your team and community
  • Customer focused – passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
