Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Hydraulics Engineer to join our team. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering hydraulic systems for data centres and other mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of hydraulic systems for data centres and other high-profile projects.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, builders, and consultants to ensure technical quality and project delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project delivery across complex and high-value projects.

This is a critical position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in hydraulic services design within the building services sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, WSUD principles, and authority requirements.
  • Expertise in hydraulic services delivery for mission-critical or large-scale complex projects, including data centres.
  • Confident leading client engagement, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivering projects from early design through to construction completion.
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (or eligibility) as a design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
