Store Manager

Highgrove Trading is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including banking, budgets, and rosters
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage trade accounts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
- Manage staff hiring, promotions, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members
- Manual Driver's License required
- Forklift License advantageous
- Management experience in the retail sector is preferred
- Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
- Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Staff and Customer management skills
- Strong organisational skills
