We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Superannuation Advice team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can drive high-quality advice services, foster a culture of excellence, and deliver exceptional outcomes for our members.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and coaching teams to achieve outstanding performance, as well as in-depth knowledge of superannuation, including Defined Benefit Schemes.

Job Description

  • Lead a team of Superannuation Advisers to deliver compliant, timely, and high-quality personal advice to members.
  • Ensure advisers meet compliance and service standards while providing expert guidance.
  • Manage appointment activity to provide seamless member experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • FASEA Financial Adviser Exam passed and relevant FASEA-approved qualifications.
  • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
