We're seeking a senior engineering professional to lead our team in delivering landmark projects and fostering innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scope of works, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Key responsibilities include project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases, effective professional relationships with clients, and championing continual professional development.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a project leader within the property & buildings sector;
  • Effectively delivering multiple concurrent projects;
  • Technical expertise in structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
  • 12 to 15+ years' industry experience;
  • Well-developed client facing, business development and account/relationship management skills;
  • The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers.
