Deliver operational and administrative support for the accreditation program, collaborating with committees to ensure effective governance. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, develop resources and training, and engage with stakeholders.
- Advise on accreditation processes, advocate for policies, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Governance support: Collaborate with committees to facilitate succession planning and performance optimisation.
- Administrative coordination: Coordinate functions for the accreditation of training settings.
- Stakeholder engagement: Deliver training, advice, and support to stakeholders.
- Communication and consultation: Maintain accurate and transparent communications.
- Process improvement: Contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance accreditation operations.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Business administration qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to achieve work objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client and secretariat services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience improving and monitoring administrative processes.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
