- A current RSA Certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- At least one year of experience in bars and restaurants

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- High standards of personal grooming

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Italian language.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Clearing tables after service

- Washing and polishing glassware

- Restocking inventory as required
