Job Opportunity

This is a 12-month position to develop skills and gain experience across key operational areas. The role involves managing the coordination of towing operations, negotiating costs with suppliers, and ensuring accurate cost management for claims.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Towing Coordination: Coordinate and oversee towing operations, negotiate costs, and manage storage expenses.
  • Claims Cost Management: Ensure accurate reserving and use of cost-effective methods and suppliers.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management: Manage customer calls relating to Commercial Motor Claims, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Claims Management: Gather information, interpret data, and make informed decisions on claims.

The ideal candidate will have industry or assessing qualifications, a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
