Raven's Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our client's well-established seaside community pharmacy in central coastal QLD. As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading a friendly and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications and provide expert advice to patients
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals, including Dispensing Technicians and Retail Managers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Experience in a customer-focused pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively within a community pharmacy team
