Job Summary:
Raven's Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our client's well-established seaside community pharmacy in central coastal QLD. As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading a friendly and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and provide expert advice to patients
- Lead a team of experienced professionals, including Dispensing Technicians and Retail Managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Experience in a customer-focused pharmacy setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a community pharmacy team
Benefits:
- $45/hr-$50/hr Mon-Fri, $55/hr Sat, $60/hr Sun
