Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Repco Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role in one of our busiest stores. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, managing promotional offers and store inventory to maximize store performance, and coaching our Customer Sales and Service Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an appealing and stimulating shopping environment through effective merchandising and presentation standards;
  • Manage promotional offers and store inventory to optimize store performance;
  • Coach and develop our Customer Sales and Service Representatives to achieve excellent customer service standards;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and issue resolution;
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotional offers;
  • Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Availability to work alternating weekends or as agreed with the store manager;
  • A valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time;
  • A passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
