Key Roles and Responsibilities

The success of our Technology function hinges on a Manager who champions a collaborative, transparent, and proactive risk and compliance culture. This entails effective stakeholder engagement, awareness, and accountability.

Our ideal candidate will develop and implement an effective Technology Digital Risk Management Framework that aligns to the principles and practices of Enterprise Risk Management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a Technology Digital risk and issue management process and technology solution to proactively identify, assess, and manage risks across the value chain.
  • Maintaining a register of all Technology Digital legal, regulatory, or business-specific compliance requirements.
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of Technology Digital policies and standards to ensure embedment and adherence at all levels.
  • Providing guidance to stakeholders, including third parties, on Technology Digital risks and issues, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  • Developing regular reports highlighting key trends, insights, and actionable recommendations, as well as defining key risk indicators and metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Technology Digital risk and compliance initiatives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing presentations and dashboards for various Forums and Committees, such as the Monthly Digital Risk Forum and Enterprise Information Management Committee.
