About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Sales Assistant in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
  2. Maximise sales opportunities through effective stock management techniques.
  3. Receive, unpack, and correctly place stock throughout the store.
  4. Collaborate with fellow staff to achieve the above duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within the retail or customer service industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in being a high performer in customer service standards.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced working environment.
  • Customer and team-focused.
  • Proven attention to detail abilities.
