Job Description

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide cyber security strategies and architectures to protect our systems and sensitive information from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Cyber Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy that aligns with Wipro's business objectives and ensures the protection of our systems and data.
  2. Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential security risks and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the security team, and ensure that all security-related projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure that security requirements are met and that all security-related issues are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of Wipro's business objectives and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Competencies:

  • Leveraging Technology: Strong knowledge of current and emerging security technologies, including cloud security, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Systems Thinking: Strong understanding of Wipro's systems and processes, and the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.

Deliverables:

  • Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with Wipro's business objectives.
  • Security Architecture: Design and implement a secure architecture that protects Wipro's systems and data.
  • Security Training: Provide security training to Wipro employees and partners to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to protect Wipro's systems and data.

Performance Parameters:

  • Customer Centricity: Timely security breach solutioning to end users, internal stakeholders, and external customers experience.
  • Support Sales Team: % of proposals with Quality Index > 7, timely support of the proposals, identifying opportunities/leads to sell services within/ outside account (lead generation), no. of proposals led.
