Job Title: Culture Strategist - 6 Month Contract
Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a Culture Strategist to join our national team on an initial 6-month contract. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for designing and embedding people initiatives that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational HR advice and solutions to support the delivery of customer-focused people services across the employee life cycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to engage and build capability in bringing to life culture, values, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Manage employee engagement and performance processes for stakeholders.
- Use data, systems, and metrics to lead process improvements and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- You are a solutions-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a business partner role, preferably in administration of systems and software.
- You possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR policy and legislation.
- You have high-level data literacy and experience in analysis tools such as Culture Amp, PowerBI, and/or Excel.
- You are a proactive and self-reliant individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
