We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney.

  • Prior experience in technology governance, AI strategy, product management, or risk management within a complex, innovative environment
  • Positive, commercial risk mindset with a proven ability to balance innovation and growth with robust governance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with a wide variety of audiences
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications valued, but we are primarily interested in your experience and impact

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating a culture of responsible AI usage across the organisation, developing and implementing practical frameworks, policies, and tools that enable safe AI usage, empowering the organisation by executing a strategy to democratise AI risk knowledge, designing and delivering continuous training and resources, providing pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice that balances risk and commercial opportunity, and building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across Operating and Central Service Groups, ensuring AI governance is embedded into strategic decision-making.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling innovation while creating an ethical environment that allows us to harness the potential of AI confidently and safely.
