Celotti Workforce is seeking an experienced Weighbridge Officer to coordinate daily operations at the Council's weighbridge, ensuring accurate recording and accounting of acceptable waste materials entering the landfill. This role also involves providing support at the Transfer Station as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vehicular traffic through the weighbridge, domestic and commercial lanes, ensuring traffic uses the appropriate lanes for access.
  • Assess waste loads and decline access for materials not permitted.
  • Determine the appropriate location for disposal and apply the correct charges.
  • Operate the Mandalay weighbridge computer system, including ticketing, receipting for commercial users, reporting, and Access Tag programming and issuing.
  • Collect all fees and charges as determined by Council and ensure that all banking is reconciled and completed as per weighbridge procedure.
  • Comply with any reasonable directions, including safe work procedures, wearing PPE, and any directions given by management for health and safety purposes.

Requirements:

  • Open Class C Drivers Licence
  • Holds Current White card
