Job Description

As a Skilled Non-Trade Baker at the Woolworths Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality baked goods to our customers. You will work closely with our bakery teams to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality and freshness.

Your passion for baking and commitment to excellence will be essential in achieving our business goals. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for baking and a desire to deliver exceptional results;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent; and
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
