Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our National Marketing Manager in delivering retail communications and campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Manage marketing product stock held at Kings Park (DC), including photo shoots, PR, sponsorships, and activations.
  • Assist with photography shoots, pre-production stock ordering, shipping, and delivery, as well as post-production stock movements.
  • Process marketing department invoices, reconcile them against budget trackers, and perform monthly accruals for all marketing cost centres.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box.
