About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Sustainability and Corporate Affairs team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance and Technology and Legal and Governance divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive communications strategies and plans for the respective divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on best practices in employee communications, including campaign development and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement employee communications solutions that drive engagement and impact.
  • Create compelling content for internal channels, including intranet, website, and presentations, to tell the story of our company's purpose and vision.
  • Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communications plans and activities, driving continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
