About The Role

This role plays a pivotal part in providing training and operational support to Resolve Finance and Bluebay Home Loans. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our learners receive the best training experience possible and delivering effective services to our franchisees, brokers, and customers.

This is a hands-on role that involves:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality training programs to franchisees, brokers, and internal teams through inductions, webinars, and face-to-face sessions
  • Maintaining accurate and accessible training resources, policy documentation, intranet content, and procedure manuals
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery to franchisees, brokers, and customers
About You

You are an experienced learning, development, and operations professional who thrives on delivering high-impact training and driving continuous operational improvement across the business.

Experience in the franchising industry is essential, and some key attributes and experience include:

  • Designing training programs, maintaining e-Learning platforms, and using LMS systems
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and standard operating procedures and processes writing
  • Ability to work autonomously and in teams with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Financial services experience and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) (desired)
