Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Skretting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing vendor proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing recommendations to management. Key responsibilities include ensuring sourcing requirements are accurately reflected in purchase orders, implementing inventory strategies to support production needs, and maintaining accurate master planning data in business systems.

• Analyzing Vendor Proposals: The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively evaluate vendor proposals to ensure they meet our organization's needs.
• Negotiating Contracts: Our successful Procurement Manager will have strong negotiation skills and be able to secure the best possible deals for our company.
• Inventory Management: The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory strategies that align with our production requirements and guidelines.
• Maintaining Accurate Data: The successful candidate will maintain accurate master planning data in business systems to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
