At Goodstart Early Learning, we're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Centre Director. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced early learning professional to elevate their career, refine their leadership skills, and drive a thriving business.

About the Role

You'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. Your primary objective will be to deliver our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our high-quality learning program, focusing on the needs of every child.
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines and maintaining revenue-generating businesses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
