About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Housekeeper and Kiosk Worker to join our team at Reflections Holidays, Lake Burrendong and Mookerawa Waters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare accommodation for guests, including changing bed linens, removing refuse, and cleaning floors, eating areas, bathrooms, and amenities.
  • Carry out kiosk duties, providing excellent customer service experiences, and representing Reflections Holidays in a positive manner.
  • Undertake stocktake and compile records of items in cabins.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including liaising with guests face-to-face for enquiries and complaints.
  • Accurately take orders and handle cash.
  • Undertake general kiosk and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare and cook food, following food safety procedures.
  • Follow work health and safety procedures.
  • Assist and direct visitors within the park, providing excellent customer service.
  • Be physically fit, able to lift up to 11kg, and work up to an eight-hour shift standing or moving, on your feet.
