About the role
This newly created role reflects Carey's strategic aspiration and commitment to personalised learning for each student.
As a data-driven leader, you will assess, identify, track, and support individual students across the school, working collaboratively with teachers as an impactful mentor.
You will report to the Deputy Principal - Learning and lead the Talent and Learning Development teams, consisting of the Talent Development Coordinator (ELC - Year 12), Learning Development Coordinators, Learning Development teachers, and Educational Support Coaches.
The role requires the capacity to work cooperatively with teachers and school leadership across the school. You must be able to guide and support team members and contribute to personalised learning, assessment for learning, and differentiation strategies on a whole-school level.
