About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker in the Aged & Disability Support sector. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, enhancing our customers' quality of life.

Requirements
  • You must be passionate about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek support from your Manager.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, is essential.
