As a Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and assist with light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with medication administration.
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Must have a valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be located within 30 minutes of Thornleigh and willing to travel to surrounding areas.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a related field is desirable.
  • Personable, compassionate, and able to build relationships with clients and families.
