Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our team. As a key member of our insurance services, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire claims process, ensuring a positive experience and delivering exceptional service.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be working closely with customers, third parties, and suppliers to gather information, question circumstances, and explore options to settle claims on first contact when appropriate.

You will also be responsible for securing services for customers, including repair, mobility, and salvage options through our dedicated suppliers, as well as managing existing claims queries from customers, third parties, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress of the claim.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and deliver excellent service at every interaction. They will also have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and finding the best outcome for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience in a busy environment
  • Target-driven with experience working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and able to use Microsoft Office
