Job Title: Administrative Officer - Assistant
About the Role- Perform administrative tasks including reception, arranging appointments and general administration.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to school staff including processing student admissions and departures, maintaining records and ordering supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative services such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and handling correspondence.
- Assist with enrolment and finance activities, including preparing documents and performing data entry tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of student information, attendance and other relevant data.
- Support school events by coordinating logistics, booking venues and managing catering arrangements.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience in a similar position and strong attention to detail.
