Job Title: WordPress Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and active WordPress Developer to join our product IT team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our three websites dedicated to products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and equipped with the latest features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and updates of our three product websites, ensuring high performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop new WordPress web pages and features, integrating sales pages, blogs, thematic research, and other necessary content.
• Configure WordPress themes and plugins according to branding and functional requirements for each website.
• Implement adaptive design to ensure websites are user-friendly on mobile devices.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to implement marketing requirements for functional web design.
• Regularly update content and resolve any technical issues with the product teams and support.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices in web design and development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in web development or a similar role.
• A portfolio of previous work, including adaptive design and WordPress projects.
• Experience with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and block editors (Gutenberg, Elementor, WPBakery).
• Confident knowledge of interface technologies, including CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript, as well as knowledge of React/VueJS for using Tailwind components.
• Basic knowledge of PHP.
• Understanding of template hierarchies and their main principles.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring compliance with applications.
• Basic knowledge of browser testing and debugging.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM Events).
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications related to web development.
• Sense of humor and love for art :)
