Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Service Ambassador at the Sydney Tower Eye. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong passion for delivering world-class service. If you are a team player who is vibrant and passionate about educating guests and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Genuine guest interaction and ability to create connections with people from all over the world
  • Ability to work in all departments across the attraction and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work as early as 9am and as late as 9:30pm, including weekends and public holidays
