We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with a proven track record of unbroken profitability. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes. In this role, you will lead a team of change readiness managers and co-ordinators to prepare, manage and support changes in line with the agreed change framework. This includes collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans across various initiatives.

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with leadership to create awareness and promote buy-in for change
  • Experience monitoring and measuring the success of change initiatives throughout implementation and post implementation review
  • Exceptional stakeholder influencing skills to bring colleagues on board as our business evolves
