Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers in the retail banking sector.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
