About the Role

Crown Towers is seeking an experienced hotelier to join the Crown Perth team as Chief Concierge.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing Concierge team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Concierge department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the Concierge team to achieve service excellence and meet hotel goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Supervisory or management experience within a Concierge, Front Office team or luxury service provider.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements.
  • Experience using Hotel Property Management Systems, particularly OPERA.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for Perth and Western Australia, with a strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and bars.
