About the Role

We are looking for a Structural Dam Project Lead who will be responsible for leading dam-related projects from conceptual design to detailed construction support services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, design, and review of concrete dams, spillways, and appurtenant structures.

The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and local industry representatives. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead dam-related projects from conceptual design to detailed construction support services
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dam design, construction, and safety
  • Strong understanding of Australian and international dam safety standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
