What Will You Be Doing?

As a Marketing Strategist at Hilton Surfers Paradise, you will leverage your creativity, energy, and passion for Hospitality to craft and implement marketing plans and activities that boost brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and address hotel business needs.

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using preferred methods.
• Update marketing content on Hilton websites and third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy, effective positioning, and conversion optimization.
• Craft tactical PR campaigns at a local level, working with agencies as needed.
• Support hotels and outlets with creative design aligned with Hilton brand guidelines.
• Organize monthly social media calendars, manage local channels, and monitor activity performance.
• Drive long-term revenue growth through advertising, production, promotion, publicity, e-commerce, and social media efforts.
