We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping and gardening services across multiple retirement and aged care sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a range of landscaping services, including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge/tree trimming, weed control, and turf maintenance.
- Refresh gardens with wood chip, mulch, and new plants.
- External pressure washing of buildings as required.
- Remove all garden waste and transfer it to an authorized waste transfer station.
- Ensure all required job updates are provided.
- Follow a proactive model for grounds keeping maintenance and repairs.
- Previous commercial experience in grounds/landscaping maintenance services.
- Valid driver's license and experience driving with a trailer.
- Willingness to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Current or willingness to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Ability to multi-task, work reliably with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with interfacing with technology (iPhone) used to systemically monitor location/jobs.
