About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Digital Process Automation (DPA) Solution Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Integration and Process Management (IPM) practice, you will be responsible for providing expert solutions to clients in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solutioning conversations with customers and key accounts to develop and implement process automation solutions.
  • Manage our GTM offerings and develop mindshare with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with consulting, advisory, technology, and solution delivery teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Craft service offerings and provide thought leadership in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain.
  • Manage relationships with account and sales stakeholders (internal and external) to identify opportunities and make proactive client proposals.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working with leading platforms in the segment such as Pega, Appian, Outsystems, Unqork.
  • Good understanding of market trends, pivotal shifts, and opportunities in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain.
  • Understanding of Architecture and Development processes.
  • Experience supporting account teams and building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Business acumen, communication skills, and drive for results.
  • Cross-functional IT experience, including IT consulting, IT business systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and development and implementation of large-scale systems.
