The Role

• Ensure WHS processes are carried out effectively
• Coordinate and manage safety-related tasks
• Provide support and advice to site teams
• Ensure safety documentation is up to date

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-starts, inductions, site walks
• Risk identification & assessment, ensuring regulations are met
• Carry out health and safety audits and workplace inspections
• Training of staff

Requirements

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS
• 5+ years of HSE experience within commercial construction
• Previous experience working on high-rise construction projects valued $50 M+
• Experience working for a head contractor is essential
• Be able to develop and maintain relationships
• Have a good understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
• Be articulate, well-presented and a clear communicator
