**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Sortation Center team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and coaching a team of hourly workers to achieve high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
* Maintain Health and Safety standards, while promoting a Health and Safety culture on-site
* Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Ensure customer orders are processed as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
* Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
* Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

Our Operation's workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer's door.
