**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly commercial and strategic Business Development Manager who can leverage our existing broker partnerships and proactively identify new opportunities. You will be responsible for growing our consumer finance business in NSW, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of BDM experience in sales/finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels within NSW. A proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets is essential.

You will need to understand the brokers and the local market, building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Passion for diversity, hunger to win new business, and helping brokers grow their business will see you thrive in this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting
  • A 'hunting' mindset with the ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • An exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels

**Estimated Salary**: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your value to our organisation.
