The role of a CFO Advisory Manager is to provide senior-level financial expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. Our team functions as a fully outsourced finance department, delivering everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to sophisticated CFO-level advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Financial Reporting
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting to promote client confidence in making informed decisions.
    • Manage workflow allocation across clients, balancing capacity, workload, and deadlines.
    • Implement robust verification routines and reconciliation checkpoints to ensure financial statements are materially accurate.
  • Timely End-of-Month Reporting
    • Formalize workflows and collaborate effectively with offshore team members to ensure timely delivery of services during high-pressure periods.
    • Provide consistent month-end reporting to strengthen our reputation as a reliable virtual CFO partner.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Offer proactive engagement to ensure clear communication of solutions and shield clients from operational complexity.
    • Provide calm leadership that reinforces our professional reputation.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Enhance our CFO Solutions service model by broadening service offerings and embedding new technology and automation.
    • Deliver tangible quarterly improvements such as refined reporting templates, app upgrades, new KPI tools, and streamlined workflows.
    • Have a deep understanding of Xero, MYOB, and associated applications.
